About the Role
This position starts as a hands-on partnership with the owner, working side by side to learn E3R's systems, standards, and client relationships from the ground up. Training comes first — you won't be expected to know the ropes on day one. Within the first year, this person will be handling day-to-day client communication, managing internal systems, and independently conducting quality control visits across Hampton Roads.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for client calls, texts, and emails, providing prompt and professional follow-up
- Provide direct administrative support to the owner, including scheduling and day-to-day coordination
- Learn and manage E3R's internal systems and processes
- Travel to job sites to supervise cleaning teams and conduct quality control checks
- Help train and onboard team members as the company grows
- Take on increasing responsibility and independent ownership of operations over time
What We're Looking For
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, organized, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable learning new systems and following established processes
- Solid computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for on-site quality visits)
Preferred — Not Required
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or supervision is a plus, but full training is provided for the right person
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (schedule may occasionally vary based on operational
- needs)
- $15.00/hour to start
