Do I need a quote before booking?
Yes. Every job gets an estimate first, to confirm the price and our availability. Once you approve it, a deposit holds your date and the balance is due after the cleaning.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes, it is most of what we do. We handle apartment turnovers, model units, vacant units and common areas, and we have served more than 25 communities across Hampton Roads.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Norfolk and serve Hampton Roads: Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News.
Who comes to clean?
Our own trained, background-checked team. E3R Cleaning LLC is licensed and insured, BBB Accredited and an ISSA member.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it at no charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, with at least 24 hours of notice. Inside 24 hours a booking cannot be changed or refunded.
Do I need to be home?
No. You do not need to be home, and pets can stay.
Do you offer same-day vacation rental turnovers?
No. We sync with your Airbnb calendar and book cleanings into the open windows between stays. After each clean you receive a report with the completed checklist.
