About the Role
As a Pro House Cleaner with E3R Cleaning, you'll deliver a consistently spotless, five-star experience for our residential clients across Norfolk and the surrounding Hampton Roads area. You'll work as part of a small, dependable team that takes pride in doing the job right the first time — no shortcuts, no rushing.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain homes following E3R's detailed room-by-room checklist
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and teammates
- Handle cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products safely
- Spot and report any maintenance issues you notice in a client's home
- Help keep the team's vehicle and supplies organized and stocked
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A friendly, respectful attitude with clients and coworkers
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we train
Schedule & Compensation
This is a part-time, hourly position with a flexible weekday schedule (typically Monday–Friday, daytime hours). Pay is competitive and based on experience, with opportunities for tips, mileage reimbursement, and performance bonuses.
