Does property management include cleaning?
Managing a property usually means arranging cleaning between residents and in shared spaces, not doing it in house. That is the part we take on: turnovers, model units, vacant units and common areas, as your cleaning vendor.
Can cleaning be scheduled around move-in or move-out dates?
Yes. Give us the move-out and move-in dates for each unit and we schedule the cleaning between them. Send them as early as you can, because our schedule is often full.
How does the quote work?
There is no price list. We walk the property or review your details, and Stely sends a written proposal that confirms the price and our availability. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
Do you take single turnovers or only whole communities?
Both. You can book one turnover, or set up recurring visits for turnovers, model units and common areas across the property.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance and a W-9?
Yes. E3R Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance and a W-9 are available on request for your vendor file.
