How does pricing work for a cleaning?
Pricing is based on the size of your home and how often you would like service. The calculator gives you a starting estimate in seconds, and we confirm the final number once we know a bit more about your space.
Why is the price not locked in right away?
Two homes of the same size can need very different amounts of work. Stely personally looks over every quote before it is sent, so the price matches your space.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No. Once you approve your quote, a deposit holds your spot on the schedule. The balance is due after the cleaning.
Does recurring service cost less than a one-time cleaning?
Yes. Weekly and biweekly clients get better rates than a single deep clean, because we are maintaining a home instead of resetting it each time.
Is post-construction cleaning included in these rates?
No. Post-construction cleaning involves a different level of dust and residue, so it is quoted separately for each project.
