Is make-ready cleaning the same as turnover cleaning?
Make-ready is everything a unit needs before the next resident moves in. We handle the cleaning step, after your maintenance and paint are finished.
Can cleaning be scheduled around move-in or move-out dates?
Yes. Give us the move-out and move-in dates for each unit and we schedule the cleaning between them. Send them as early as you can, because our schedule is often full.
Do you handle tenant cleanouts?
We clean the unit once it is empty. Removing furniture, belongings or debris a tenant left behind is not part of the service, so plan the cleanout before the cleaning date.
How does the quote work?
There is no price list. We walk the property or review your details, and Stely sends a written proposal that confirms the price and our availability. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it at no charge.
